Summary
While I was writing my book on Ord. Prof. Dr. Albert Eckstein, I corresponded with his widow Erna Eckstein. Albert Eckstein was invited to Turkey to establish the Pediatrics Department of Ankara University and served as a pediatrician and academician as well as the department head during the period of 1935-1950. Erna Eckstein sent me her “Memoirs” that she wrote in 1975.
